How to Submit an Absence Notification
For the 2025 academic year, students in the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus must provide documentation supporting the reason for their absence and submit the notification to each course instructor.
Required Documentation and Submission
When submitting an absence notification, attach a doctor's medical certificate or other documentation certifying the reason for your absence. Submit the notification to each course instructor.
