Documents Required for Credit Recognition

For the 2025 academic year, applicants seeking credit recognition at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus must submit the required application and supporting documents to Academic Affairs in early April.

Required Documents and Submission Period

If you are seeking credit recognition, obtain the credit-recognition application form from the Academic Affairs Office. Submit the completed form to Academic Affairs in early April, together with your final transcript from before admission and the syllabi for the relevant courses.
