Applying for a Gakkensai Insurance Enrollment Certificate

Students at the School of Engineering who need an enrollment certificate for research or an internship can apply using the prescribed form.

How to apply

If a research institution or internship host requests an enrollment certificate, apply at the designated office by completing the prescribed “Gakkensai / Gakkensai Supplementary Liability Insurance Enrollment Certificate Application” form.
