Submitting a Leave of Absence Application
For the 2026 academic year, students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus must submit their leave of absence application and the required documents to the Student Welfare Desk.
Where and What to Submit
Submit the leave of absence application to the Student Welfare Desk. The required documents are the application form, supporting documents such as a medical certificate where applicable, and the enrollment fee transfer form, including a copy retained by the applicant.
