Reporting an Off-Campus Activity

Student organizations must submit an Off-Campus Activity Report promptly after an off-campus activity ends.

Required procedure for off-campus activities

When a student organization conducts an off-campus activity, it must follow the Off-Campus Activity Guidelines. The organization must submit an Off-Campus Activity Application to the Student Support Center (Student Welfare) at least one week before the activity begins. After the activity ends, it must promptly submit an Off-Campus Activity Report.
