How to Submit an Off-Campus Activity Request

Student groups must follow the Off-Campus Activity Guidelines and submit the required request form at least one week before an off-campus activity begins.

Submission procedure

When a student group conducts an activity off campus, it must follow the Off-Campus Activity Guidelines. Complete the Off-Campus Activity Request form, which is available at the Student Support Center's Student Welfare section, and submit it to that section no later than one week before the activity begins.
