When to Submit an On-Campus Gathering Application

Student organizations and groups holding gatherings on campus must submit the required application at least one week before the activity begins.

Application deadline and submission location

Before holding a gathering on campus, follow the On-Campus Gathering Guidelines and complete the On-Campus Gathering Application. The form is available from the Student Support Center's Student Welfare Section. Submit the completed form to that section no later than one week before the activity begins.
