Submit the Form in Addition to Course Registration

A previous-year graduation deferrer who is repeating an annual course and seeks graduation at the end of the first semester must complete the course registration procedure and submit the designated “Request for First-Semester-End Evaluation of an Annual Course for First-Semester-End Graduation.” The form is available from the Tokyo Senju Campus Office (Academic Affairs).
