Grades Shown on Academic Records

For the 2026 academic year, this page explains which grades and scores appear on the grade notification and the Transcript of Academic Record at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology.

Grade notification and transcript

Grades are assigned using S, A, B, C, D, and the dash mark. The grade notification that students view themselves includes both the grade and the score. The Transcript of Academic Record includes the grade only. Subjects with a failing grade—D or the dash grade—are not listed on the transcript.
