Tuition Deferral Request: Required Signatures and Reason

For the 2025 academic year, a tuition deferral request must include the student's signature and seal, the guarantor's signature and seal, and the reason for the deferral. Prepare the request so that it can be submitted by the payment deadline. Forms are distributed by the Faculty of Science and Engineering Administrative Office, Student Affairs/Welfare.
