Submitting a Withdrawal Application

For the 2026 academic year, students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology submit the withdrawal application and required documents to the Student Welfare desk.

Where to Submit the Application

Submit the withdrawal application to the Student Welfare desk. Required documents include the application form, a medical certificate or other supporting document where applicable, and your student ID.
