Updating Your Address and Contact Details

Students must keep their address and contact details current and submit a change-of-details form immediately when either changes.

When to Submit the Form

You must make your current address and contact details, including a telephone number at which you can normally be reached, known to the university. If your address or contact details change, you must immediately submit a change-of-details form to the Center Director or Administrative Office Director.
