How to Submit the Special Registration Form

For 2025 students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus, this page explains the form, approvals, and notification process for special registration.

Special Registration Procedure

Complete the designated special registration form, obtain approval seals from the course instructor and the department head, and submit the form. The result—permission or refusal—will be announced later by notice.
