Submitting the Internship Report and Certificate Application

For the 2025 academic year in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, submit the internship destination report first, then enter the information again in the campus-specific application form.

Required Submission Process

First, report your internship destination using the designated form. After submitting the report, enter the information again in the Saitama Hatoyama Campus application form for issuance of an Internship Liability Insurance Enrollment Certificate.
