Documents and Signatures for Changing a Guarantor

For the 2026 academic year, students must submit the guarantor change notification with their student ID card and obtain signatures and seals from both the former and new guarantors.

Required Documents and Submission Office

Submit the guarantor change notification together with the student's student ID card. The form must include the signatures and seals of both the former guarantor and the new guarantor. The responsible office is the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section, on the third floor of Building 2.
