Medical Certificate for Leave Due to Illness or Injury
Students who took leave because of illness or injury must attach a doctor’s medical certificate when submitting the required documents.
Required document
Submit the required documents to the Student Welfare desk. If your leave was due to illness or injury, attach a doctor’s medical certificate.
