Applying for Recognition of Credits Earned Before Enrollment

For the 2026 academic year, applicants at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus who want credits earned before enrollment to be recognized must submit the required application and documents in early April.

Required application and documents

If you want credits earned before enrollment to be recognized, complete the Credit Recognition Application Form available at the Academic Affairs Desk. Attach your final transcript from before enrollment and the relevant course syllabi, then submit the application to Academic Affairs in early April.
