Submitting a Contact Information Change Notification

For the 2026 academic year, students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of System Design and Technology must submit their student ID card when changing the contact information of the student or guarantor.

Required submission and handling department

When submitting a contact information change notification for the student or guarantor, submit the student's student ID card. The handling department is the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section, on the third floor of Building 2.
