For the 2025 academic year, students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus must provide their student ID card when submitting a contact information change form for themselves or their guarantor.

What to Bring

When submitting a Contact Information Change Form to report a change in the student's or guarantor's contact details, the student ID card is required.
