Updating Your Address or Contact Information

Students must keep their current address and normally reachable contact information clear and submit a change notification immediately when either changes.

Submit a Change Notification Immediately

Students must provide their current address and contact information, including a telephone number at which they can normally be reached. If the address or contact information changes, submit a change notification immediately to the Center Director and the Director of Administrative Affairs.
