Services and opening hours

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, the Student Affairs Section of the Student Support Center is located on the third floor of Building 2. Its service hours are Monday to Friday, 8:50–13:40 and 14:40–21:40, and Saturday, 8:50–13:10 and 14:10–19:40. The section handles enrollment-status procedures such as leave of absence, withdrawal, and reinstatement; changes to addresses and other registered details; extracurricular activities; scholarships; issuance of student IDs and student discount certificates; issuance of certificates of enrollment and other certificates; procedures for student accident and liability insurance; student life consultations; lost-and-found items; and applications for support for students’ off-campus activities.
