Teacher Licenses Available Through the Teacher-Training Course
Students may obtain first-class teaching licenses for high schools and junior high schools after graduation if they complete the required teacher-training coursework and credits and apply for the license.
Required Coursework and Credits
For the 2025 academic year in the Faculty of System Design and Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, students may obtain a first-class high-school teacher license and a first-class junior-high-school teacher license after graduation by taking the teacher-training curriculum, completing the prescribed subjects and credits, and applying for the license. Detailed requirements are provided in Chapter 6, “Teacher Training Course.”
