Course Requirements for Special Radio Operator Qualifications

Students in the specified engineering departments can obtain the listed radio operator qualifications after completing the required courses, graduating, and submitting proof of their coursework.

Qualifications and Eligibility

For students enrolled in the Department of Electronic Systems Engineering or the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, the First-Class Special Radio Operator for Land Stations and the Third-Class Special Radio Operator for Maritime Stations can be obtained after graduation. Students must complete the required courses in each course category shown in the relevant table and then submit certification of their coursework to the telecommunications administration bureau with jurisdiction over their address.
