Credit Requirements for Exemption from the Telecommunications Systems Exam Subject

Students in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering may be exempt from the Telecommunications Systems subject of the national examination for Chief Telecommunications Engineer if they earn the required credits in each subject category.

Exemption While Enrolled

During the 2025 academic year, students enrolled in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus can receive an exemption from the Telecommunications Systems subject of the national examination for Chief Telecommunications Engineer while they are enrolled. To qualify, they must earn at least the required number of credits in each subject category specified in the relevant table.
