Teacher Certification Requirements

This page explains the qualifications available through the teacher training course for students in the 2026 System Design and Technology Faculty at Tokyo Senju Campus.

Available Teaching Licenses

By completing the teacher training course, earning the prescribed subjects and credits, and submitting an application, students may obtain after graduation either a Class 1 senior high school teaching license or a Class 1 junior high school teaching license. The requirements for obtaining these licenses are provided in Chapter 6, "Teacher Training Course."
