Students who need to use a laboratory or similar facility outside opening hours must notify their academic supervisor before making arrangements.

How to Use a Facility After Hours

If you need to remain in a laboratory or similar facility outside opening hours, for example for graduation research, you must first notify your academic supervisor. The supervisor will make a reservation to lock or unlock the facility only after permission has been granted.
