Commuter Certificate Application

For the 2026 academic year, students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology can apply for a Commuter Certificate at the Student Welfare Office, with immediate issuance.

Where to Apply and When It Is Issued

The application counter for a Commuter Certificate is the Student Welfare Office. The certificate is issued immediately upon application.
