How to Submit the End-of-First-Semester Evaluation Application

For the 2025 academic year, learn when and where to submit the application and what approval is required.

Submission procedure

During the first-semester course-registration period, submit the prescribed application to the Academic Affairs office at Tokyo Senju Campus. Submit one copy for each course, complete all required information, and obtain the course instructor’s approval before submission. The decision on whether permission is granted will be announced later by posting.
