Application procedure

To apply for an end-of-first-semester evaluation of a year-long course, complete the required information on the designated application form, obtain approval from the course instructor, and submit the form. Whether the application is approved or denied will be announced later by posted notice. Details of the course-registration requirements and related conditions are provided under “Graduation at the End of the First Semester.”
