Changing a Guarantor’s Registered Address or Name

Guarantor details on the tuition form

For the 2025 academic year at the Faculty of Science and Engineering’s Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the guarantor’s address and name printed on the tuition form are those registered with the Faculty of Science and Engineering Administrative Office, Student Affairs/Welfare. If either the guarantor’s address or name changes, complete the change procedure with that office.
