For students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus during the 2025 academic year, the Former Certificate of Enrollment is issued two days after the request, excluding weekends and public holidays. The certificate is handled by the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Services) on the third floor of Building 2.
