How to Apply for Group Travel

Students using group travel must complete two forms and submit them to the Student Support Center.

Required Forms and Submission

To use group travel, complete the Off-Campus Activity Application and the Group Travel Application Form. The Group Travel Application Form is available at a station or travel agency. Submit both completed forms to the Student Support Center's Student Welfare section.
