Group Travel Discount: Required Forms and Submission

For the 2026 academic year, students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Evening Division must complete two forms and submit them to the Student Support Center.

Forms and submission procedure

To use the group travel discount, complete the Off-Campus Activity Application and the Group Travel Application Form. The Group Travel Application Form is available at stations and travel agencies. Submit both completed forms to the Student Support Center (Student Welfare).
