Interviews Required for Leave of Absence Approval

For the 2025 academic year, students at the Tokyo Senju Campus Faculty of Future Science must complete interviews with their student advisor and department head in order to obtain approval for a leave of absence.

Interview Order and Leave Application

To obtain approval for a leave of absence, first meet with your student advisor and then with the department head. Obtain their seals on your leave application in this order.
