Guideline periods for procedures

For leave of absence or return from leave for the first semester or the full academic year, and for withdrawal at the end of the second semester, the guideline period for completing the procedure is around January to April. For leave of absence or return from leave for the second semester, and for withdrawal at the end of the first semester, the guideline period is around July to September.
