Timing for Leave, Return, and Withdrawal Procedures

For the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, procedures are generally handled during different periods depending on the semester involved.

Approximate Procedure Periods

The approximate period for procedures concerning first-semester leave of absence, full-year leave of absence, return from leave, and withdrawal at the end of the second semester is January through April. The approximate period for second-semester leave of absence, return from leave, and withdrawal at the end of the first semester is July through September.
