Make-Up Examination Application When Illness Prevents Normal Application

Procedure and deadline

If illness or another medical reason prevents you from applying during the normal application period, you must telephone the academic affairs contact at 049-296-0430 within the normal application deadline. You must then email the make-up examination request form together with an electronic file proving the reason for your absence to the academic affairs contact at ri-kyomu@jim.dendai.ac.jp. The telephone notification and email submission must be completed within three days, including the date of the final examination you missed. Holidays are excluded from this three-day period, but a holiday on which classes are held is included.
