For 2026 students at the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, a lost payment slip can be reissued through the Accounting Department, including by email.

Reissuing a Lost Payment Slip

If you have lost your payment slip, apply for a reissue through the Accounting Department's Accounting Section. The reissue procedure can also be completed by email.
