How to Apply for the Student Group Fare Discount

For the 2025 academic year, students at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology must submit the required forms to use the Student Group Fare Discount System.

Application procedure

To use the Student Group Fare Discount System, obtain a Group Travel Application Form from a station or travel agency and complete the required information. Present the completed form together with the Off-Campus Activity Application to the Faculty of Science and Technology Administrative Office, Student Welfare section.
