Requesting a Reissue of a Tuition Payment Form by Email

For the 2025 academic year, students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Evening Division can request a replacement tuition payment form by email if the original has been lost.

If you have lost your tuition payment form, you can request it to be reissued by email. Send your request to gakuhi@jim.dendai.ac.jp.
