Withdrawal and Leave of Absence Procedures

For the 2025 academic year, applications for withdrawal or a leave of absence in the Faculty of Engineering are handled by the Student Support Center’s Student Welfare section.

Where and How to Apply

To obtain approval for withdrawal or a leave of absence, complete the procedure at the Student Support Center’s Student Welfare section. Use the prescribed application form. Both the student and the guarantor must sign and affix their seals to the application.
