Graduation Timing Confirmation

Confirmation period and process

For eligible students, the graduation-timing confirmation procedure takes place from late August to early September. After first-semester grades are finalized, a graduation assessment is conducted at the end of the first semester, and the result is notified to the department head. The department head or student advisor then confirms with every eligible student whether they wish to graduate at the end of the first semester in September or in the following March.
