Temporary Examination Permit: Authorization and Fees

For the 2026 academic year, a temporary examination permit is available only with special authorization and requires an issuance fee plus a separate system fee.

Authorization and fees

A temporary examination permit may be issued only when specially authorized. The issuance fee is ¥1,000, and a separate system fee is also charged.
