Requirements for Withdrawal from the University

Students withdrawing because of illness or another reason must submit supporting documents, obtain their guarantor’s co-signature, and receive permission.

Application and Approval Requirements

A student who wishes to withdraw because of illness or another reason must submit either a physician’s medical certificate or a statement explaining the reason for withdrawal. The application must include the guarantor’s co-signature, and permission must be obtained before the withdrawal is approved.
