Presentation Hall Use: Request Deadline

For the 2025 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, submit a request form to the student welfare office at least two weeks before using the Presentation Hall.

Submit Your Request Two Weeks in Advance

If you plan to use the Presentation Hall, submit a request form to the student welfare office no later than two weeks before the planned use.
