Timing for Leave, Return to Study, and Withdrawal Procedures

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, the approximate timing depends on the semester and the type of procedure.

Approximate procedure periods

Procedures for leave of absence or return to study for the first semester or the full academic year, as well as withdrawal at the end of the second semester, are generally completed from January to April. Procedures for leave of absence or return to study for the second semester, as well as withdrawal at the end of the first semester, are generally completed from July to September.
