Leave of Absence or Withdrawal Procedure

For the 2026 academic year, this page explains where and how students at the Tokyo Senju Campus apply for a leave of absence or withdrawal.

How to Apply

To obtain approval for a leave of absence or withdrawal, complete the procedure at the Student Support Center’s Student Welfare section. Use the designated application form. Both the student and the guarantor must sign and affix their seals to the form.
