For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus of the Faculty of Systems Design and Technology, the foreign-language Certificate of Former Enrollment is issued five days after the request, excluding weekends and public holidays. The responsible office is the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Services, on the third floor of Building 2.
