July–September Procedures

For the 2026 academic year, procedures for taking leave of absence or returning to study in the later semester, and for withdrawing at the end of the first semester, are generally handled from July through September.

Approximate Procedure Period

At the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of System Design and Technology, the approximate period for procedures concerning leave of absence or return to study in the later semester, as well as withdrawal at the end of the first semester, is July through September.
