Required qualification and work experience

For students outside the EJ program in the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, eligibility for the Professional Engineer Second-Stage Examination requires passing the Professional Engineer First-Stage Examination and practical work experience. The minimum period of practical work experience is four years. For the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, eligibility likewise requires passing the First-Stage Examination and practical work experience, with a minimum period of four years.
